Client Update: Planned Electrical Work at Buckhurst Hill Surgery

Our Buckhurst Hill Surgery will be undergoing planned electrical work on Saturday 11th April 2026.

During this time, the building will have no power, which means we will not have access to our practice management system, emails or phone lines.

Emergency Support

If you have a genuine emergency between 8.30am -12.30pm, please call 020 8505 1435. Your call will be forwarded to our out of hour provider Forest Veterinary Centre, who will be on hand to triage any urgent concerns.

If you have a genuine emergency between 12.30pm-6pm, please call 020 8505 1435. Your call will be put you through to our Palmerston emergency team who will be on hand to triage any urgent concerns.

We do not recommend that you clean your pet’s ears if they have not been examined by a vet or nurse. Regular ear cleaning for no reason can damage the canal or cause irritation that can result in further problems.
