Whether your consultation at Palmerston Veterinary Group is with a veterinary surgeon or a nurse, you can be confident that your pet is in safe and caring hands. At our Buckhurst Hill Surgery, we have two well-equipped consulting rooms, along with a spacious reception and waiting area.
If your pet needs to stay with us during the day for treatment, monitoring or recovery, they will be cared for by our experienced clinical team in our comfortable inpatient ward facilities.
We provide inpatient care during our normal opening hours, Monday to Friday at all our branches. Our veterinary surgeons and nurses work closely together to ensure all hospitalised patients receive the care and attention they need throughout the day.
For patients requiring overnight hospitalisation, we work in partnership with Forest Vets in Epping, where pets are transferred for continuous overnight monitoring and care. This ensures they have access to dedicated veterinary and nursing support throughout the night.
Before any transfer takes place, our veterinary team will assess your pet's condition, provide a full clinical handover, and discuss the arrangements with you. We work closely with Forest Vets to ensure continuity of care and a smooth transition between practices.
Your pet's wellbeing is our priority, and we are committed to providing high-quality care at every stage of their treatment.
